Children bring to Jesus
"Bless them, Master please"

Stern and anxious grown-ups
Watching with dismay
Raise their voices in protest
Bid them go away

Jesus bids them welcome
Takes them on His knees
For His Heavenly Kingdom
Is of such as these

Jesus still is waiting
"Children come today"
He will surely bless you
None are turned away.
